Wonders of Nature

Early morning, sun is soaring, some are snoring;

I look up, to see cloudless skies, and hope no rain, will be pouring;

Down on us, thus, I thrust, my fist up high;

From happiness and joy, so happy I almost cried.

So I sit down, in my night gown, and watch the birds fly;

Smell the roses, and the sweet grass;

Forgetting all my woes, which I had in the past.

Nature is truly a beauty, and a magnificent wonder;

Even when the rain falls, with the lightning and thunder.

Because the rain helps the flowers, to blossom and grow;

And fills up the spring with fresh water, and gives it a smooth flow.

So next time you’re outside, stop and smell the air;

And take a bike ride, to the country side, and feel the wind in your hair.
